Very nice and sanitized room. Suite had the following amenities: a living room... full kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave... spacious bathroom with jacuzzi tub... and a bedroom with a private balcony. Hotel restaurant is a tad pricey but is a nice feature. Indoor pool is nicely sized. Covered parking and beach access. No complaints!!
My family and I are currently here for a weekend relaxing getaway. This is our first time at this property. The hotel is nice and the staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. The indoor pool is nice. The 1 bedroom suites are very nice and comfortable for a family of four. Shortly after we checked in yesterday evening I had 2 issues with our suite. I called the front desk to address them. I was placed on a brief hold to speak with the manager. Justin, the manager on duty, sincerely apologized for the issues and immediately offered us another suite if we didn't mind moving to a higher floor. He had the new room keys delivered within 60 seconds. This level of customer service will be the reason that we will be returning guests to this property. Justin should absolutely be commended for his thoughtfulness and attention to guest's comfort and concerns.
We have been coming here for the past 10 years. I love this hotel. This is my favorite place to relax and enjoy the beach. We trued the food at the hotel this time and it was worth the money. Slept like a baby last night. The beds are super comfortable and they give more then enough pillows.
Just fantastic! We stayed in an ocean front queen suite which was huge! Great to have our one year old sleep in the second room and the kitchen was stocked with silverware/plates/etc. You can't get much closer to the ocean! Everything was super clean and their covid precautions were great! Even though the hotel was booked solid it hardly felt like there was anyone there. Guest services was quick with any requests and the on-site restaurant was great and accommodating. They really pulled out all the stops for perks for diamond members! The pool was mask-free but not busy any time we looked. Arcade is cute. You do have to park in the back and use the elevator to get to the lobby which is a little inconvenient. And they don't have baggage carts, you must ask for someone to bring up your bags which I always find super awkward. Would definitely stay here again!!
The hotel was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Attentive to the needs of customers in the lobby. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only negative I can give about my stay is the restaurant within the hotel 32 Palm, food was in my opinion terrible. The entire plate was so salty I couldn't finish it. I wondered if they had marinated everything in the ocean water I was admiring from my suite. Other than that it was outstanding.
