I enjoy staying in Ocean City at 23rd street. You can walk to so many places, unlike farther up. The beach is still a good size there too. Pointe on the Bay has no pretensions! Normal everyday place. Nice pool too. Good view of the sunset too!

We booked through RCI and had a hard time getting in touch with the office. Once getting in touch with the office we were very please with the unit. Very spacious. Found that the tv is not set up for residential viewing. Has the advertised banner as if it is still hanging in the store for purchase. Great location away from all the traffic and crowds but close enough to walk and enjoy the board walk. Very peaceful and a beautiful view of the bay.
This is my first time staying at Pointe on the Bay and I must say, I love it!! The resort is away from the street, with lovely views of a dock area beside some vacation houses and a smaller body of water. The units are very spacious, with a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. The mirrors on the wall in the living room are a very nice touch. However, the carpets and couches definitely need to have some type of cleaner run over them!! Both are pretty funky! The carpets smell like corn chips (feet) and the couches are pretty musty. Other than that, the stay is worth the dime...
