SUPER COOL!
So I didn’t actually stay here because we made a mistake on the booking dates for a nonrefundable room through hotels.com. The receptionist quickly helped us get another room at a sister hotel and offered to charge us only the difference for what we paid on a different room a different night, even before hotels.com responded to my message and called the hotel. They didn’t have to be so nice but they were great. I’d come back here in a heartbeat!!
