Nice hotel and reasonable price.
. Would not recomend. Rooms are old, not very clean, bads not confortable. All in all bad experiance for me.
Except for the location this is not a place I can recommend. Not very well kept. A lot of dirt. A little scary actually. Front desk is pretty good. Service at the restaurant/bar is slow but that is typical for this part of the world. Gave it two stars only for the convenience of the location.
It could be much better. Traveling a lot trough Serbia and you can get much more for the price. Ordinary breakfast, economy rooms.. We had great view from room 511.
Zero!!!! If you want to lose your nerves and your time and to seriously affect your planned activities you'll stay in this hotel. The so-called parking lot is a box of matches size. Your car will definitely get hit by other car, or you'll hit the wall. Parking in front of the hotel is time-limited (2 hours only) and of course the hotel does not have signs that you could place on you car in order to be legally permitted to park prolonged time. A man from the reception will "advise" you to park somewhere in Novi Sad (he uses names of local parking spots and town's landmarks) acting like you are born here and you know the town like your own pocket- a receptions should be aware that guest usually do not know the place.
AC exists, like the parking lot, but does not work properly. You hear its noise, but no coolness or freshness achieved despite all that noise. The rooms are warm and stuffy during summer days; the meeting rooms are hot with more than poor ventilation- if you are attending meeting or lectures- what to say, I feel sorry for you.
Food is 2-3/10. Salads are not fresh, they mask old, almost rotten cabbage with slice of also not fresh tasteless tomato.
Conclusion: if you must use this place do not come by car, do not come during summer, do not eat here. Easier way- avoid the place.
