Lovely hotel. Very comfortable. Breakfast was really good. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. Would definitely stay again.
I urge people not to go there. Otherwhise you will support the criminal investor of this "complex" who destroyed the old bank building, an 100 year old arhitectoral masterpiece on this place in order to build his hotel as near as possible to the old town.
The bank building was under protection as a historic building of Novi Sad. Yet the local government did NOTHING to protect it. They were probably involved in this.
PLEASANT! In the center of Novi Sad - but calm. Very modern and fancy. Clean room with a very good atmosphere. Friendly and very helpful staff. The breakfast was a goid start of the day. Alsolut recomnendable!

The service is at a very high level, as well as hygiene and maintenance throughout the hotel. Friendly staff. The location is great, in the city center overlooking the cathedral on the main square. The hotel is equipped very modern and everything is new. Special compliments on the cleanliness of both the rooms and the rest of the hotel.
