Nice hotel with kind staff. We ordered an extra bed, and as it wasn´t available we were upgraded to 2 adjoining rooms. Tasteful buffet breakfast. There is a grocery store just behind the hotel, and lots of public parking around.
My kids and I stayed in the Sheraton in Novi Sad while visiting my wife's family. The hotel and its staff exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and modern with very comfortable beds. They offered an excellent breakfast buffet with both European and American options. The best part of my stay was the staff. They were extremely helpful, very friendly and fast.
Average place, staff very good, food: local starter exceptional, stake below average, rakija extremely good, vine excellent.

Covid -19 protection measures 2/10 (most of the guests are not using covid protection masks. Hotel staff is not asking anyone to wear it. Some staff is using masks some not, or not using adequately)
Breakfast 2/10 (average offering; if you come during last hour of breakfast serving very little is left to eat; most of the food was cold; kitchen staff does not seem to refill any food in the last hour unless you explicitly ask for couple of times)
Dinner 1/10 (set menu incleded in the booked offer; Although it was not stated in the offer that the dinner have specific date which was confirmed at the reception upon arrival, when we tried to book the dinner hotel management insisted that we can only use it on Valentines day (with the rest of the group - nothing was booked as a part of any group), and not the day before. That was not stated in the offer. When discussed with kitchen and other staff in the hotel, it was insisted that WE made a mistake and understood poorly and that they are making US a favour to have dinner on the day we wanted! Completely unprofessional. It was a hotel mistake. Food was average, at best).
