The only problem of hotel they allow people to do what they want especially in the pool. They drink in the pool
Extraordinay! Nice calm and cosy. Modern and beautiful.
This hotel has it all. It has all the facilities, it's super clean and tidy and the location is just great. But then there's always the human factor that comes in to play. As a hotel professional it's always challenging to travel somewhere and not be too critical about the whole experience and paying attention to detail all the time. But in this case I could honestly say that the staff of Joel Hotel really knows how te deliver service and they do it naturally and from the heart. You can tell these people love what they do and make you feel like nothing is too much. This was by far the best hotel experience I had in a long time. We will be back for sure!
Horrible rooms and service. Third world hotel
This Hotel is perfect for couples or married people but the baddest choice for festivals (spring break, fresh island and more), in general for singles!
The hotel and the apartment are beautiful. The breakfast is bad and the main reason why I can't recommend this hotel is that you are not allowed to bring friends in the hotel for example predrinking. Also from the evening to the morning they check on a list of hotelguests if you are allowed to enter the hotel or not. Even after a few days staying in the hotel they should normally recognize us.
Last but not least some positive traits:
The cleaning service did a really good job and the whole staff is friendly.
The pool is nice, the terrace, the view and the food as well.
But the two stars rating is because we were three friends and can't get the nice holidays as we thought it. Outside it was lit but this hotel never gave us our earned happy end!
