Odlican Pansion....
Excellent location, nicely decorated rooms, excellent hosts - very happy to help you if you needed something... now called "Royal Rooms"...
My friend and I stayed at Pansion Marija for 4 nights. We arrived later than the check-in hours but called the hosts and everything was fine. We were staying in a room with bunk beds and it was small but we got used to it. It had a pretty big balcony that was half the size of the room, so that was great. Toilet paper was often missing and the hosts weren't always avalaible. The place is well located, near the main street where there are bars and restaurants and it's a 7 min walk to the port!
Its really beautiful here especially the nature and the air

It is more like a youth hostel and super noisy in the nights.
Talking and traffic from the balcony.
Cell phone music from open room doors.
Loud talking and walking in the hallways.
Extremly loud sink from next door.
Loud walking above you.
Slamming doors etc.
They are only here for partying.
Kitchen is disgustig. Seems like only the guests "look after it".
The owner ruined our enthusiasm about this city. She told us that she'll check us in after she eats...so we had to wait. Not a welcoming person at all. The room is old. Not comfortable at all. There is an air conditioning in the room but you have to pay extra to use it(the remote control isn't in the room). We paid for breakfast but haven't got the guts to take it.
We didn't liked this place at all. Can't recommend it.
