My husband and I enjoyed our time in this beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was big and glamorous and had a jacuzzi tub for two. Not only is the house stunning, but the staff went out of their way to make sure our experience was perfect. Unfortunately I arrived not feeling well with a sore throat and knew that I needed antibiotics. The team not only got me an appointment with a doctor but escorted us to the appointment to help us with the language. I left feeling better relaxed and happy. Five star service all the way.
We had the most amazing time during our stay at this hotel and it’s sister hotel. The place has tasteful decor , great location, caring staff and wonderful service. We were very satisfied and will return again.
Stylish hotel, very comfortable, well-laid out rooms, and plenty of parking. The breakfasts were good, the hotel was very quiet, and reception staff extremely helpful - thanks Anna for lending us your own personal umbrella!
Minibar prices are very reasonable and there's a decent supermarket just round the corner.
It's not in the prettiest location. and you need to be able to walk OK if you want to get to Noto old town, which takes a minimum 10 minutes to get there, hence hesitation between 4 and 5 stars.
Beautiful place! This was the best place we stayed in all of Sicily. We stayed in bunch of 5 star and boutique hotels during our time in Sicily and this was hands down the best place. The rooms are beautifully decorated with really top notch amenities (super luxurious towels, high end Sicilian toiletries etc). The bed was memory foam material and really comfortable with really soft linens. The rooms are renovated palace rooms and they did a really nice job keeping the old charm with modern comfort.
Serena was really good host and service was extremely friendly. Their normal breakfast time is from 8:30 but we needed to leave early on our last day and she was nice enough to get breakfast ready earlier to accommodate us.
The one thing to note....this is not a traditional hotel. It doesn't have a reception (although serene and her staff is available anytime you need them), not room service, gym etc. but if you want a truly luxurious room in a nice setting definitely give this a try. The location is right in center of the town so everything is accessible within walking distance.
I would choose this place anytime I come to noto!

Newly modernized structure, with a view of the city and the cathedral of Noto.
Good location 5 min walk from the main street (via some steep stairs). The hotel is at the end of a long staircase so not suitable for those with walking difficulties.
☕️Breakfast (7 € per person) is rich in choice (sweets, salty, fruit, coffee) and it's worth it to avoid queuing at the bars in the center.
Staff very helpful and polite.
️Possibility to park the car in the streets adjacent to the hotel without payment.
Beautiful, light, airy room. Edoardo was a wonderful host and gave us excellent recommendations for eating and visiting, which really made the trip. Delicious breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice and ricotta filled pastries Plenty street parking nearby and a short walk to the centre, downhill there and uphill back, which could be a struggle after eating so well.
Simone and Daniele are very gracious hosts, and the breakfast is lovely.
The only glitch was when we arrived the door was locked and we didn’t realize that you have to push the white name plate to ring the bell (I was pushing the black thing that looks like a button)
Beautiful place to stay with a charm of a country house. The owner was very helpful, also with good recommendations to visit. The place is in walking distance to the sights and Noto's buzzing nightlife.
The triumph of the Baroque!
We stayed at this property last August and it was a wonderful experience! A style with attention to detail to make you magically relive an atmosphere of the past. The structure is a historic 18th century building that the owners have wisely restored without altering the original style. The highlight of the apartment is the bedroom, with a window that opens directly onto the baroque church of San Francesco d'Assisi all'Immacolata, pure poetry! Impeccable cleanliness and super friendly and helpful owners. Absolutely highly recommended!
Structure with attention to the smallest details a few steps from the center. The varied breakfast is set up on the terrace with a breathtaking view, where you can also have an aperitif ... The owners Gianni and Daniela make your holiday unique with their precious advice!
Very beautifull! The b & b is located a stone's throw from the historic center but in a quiet street. In front there is a convenient parking. If you find it full there is a much larger parking lot further down that can be reached with comfortable stairs. Inside, everything is new and well cared for. The rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. New and silent air conditioning. The bathrooms, beautiful and large. Upstairs there is a nice terrace where you can sit in the shade and spread out towels and swimsuits. The very rich breakfast with croissants and brioches in various flavors every morning. The staff is very kind, always smiling and helpful! We felt right at home! Pamper yourself in everything! We will definitely be back!
What a great hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, bright, well maintained, and well air conditioned. It is a 5 minute walk down to the main piazza and there is easy street parking. Plus, it wasn’t pricey, though we were visiting in shoulder season.
there is very little to say about Noto: European Baroque capital and Unesco heritage. Alma suite fully respects the canons of the place: splendid alcove, is an independent house with air conditioning in all rooms which, although located in the immediate vicinity of the center (only 5 minutes away on foot from Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main artery of the stroll), is located in an extremely quiet area (very little vehicular passage). with two suites enslaved by as many spacious and bright bathrooms, a large kitchen area with living room, and is furnished with taste and refinement, clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff, led by the very kind Gaetano, is always available for every need and need. highly recommended !!
Brand new structure and very attentive to cleanliness. All the collaborators are very kind and very helpful. Located 4 minutes walk from the center of Noto. Very positive experience. Recommended!
Excellent location to get to the center of Noto on foot in just 5 minutes just 10 minutes by car to get to the beautiful beach of Lido di Noto.
The structure has excellent finishes and attention to detail ... quality in the materials chosen and not like the classic b & b with poor furniture.
Excellent relationship with the managers ... very kind people ... rich and balanced breakfast (delicious fresh croissants from the bar) we will meet again very soon.
