So much beatiful place. Good personel
Our rooms were not ready at our arrival, even when we arrived on midnight and the check in was supposed to be in the afternoon (the reservation was paid two months in advance). They only had one person in the reception and one person cleanning the rooms. We had to wait the cleaning of the room almost until 4am. The air conditioner was broken and the room was very hot, the fan they gave us to help was a mini fan that did not help at all. This hotel for sure was not ready for the world cup and does not deserve to be an option in the official Fifa web page.
