Guest service is good. Staff is open, helpful and supportive. Breakfast is awfull, should be much better. The building and rooms interior is quite old. It's hard to honestly evaluate this hotel with others hotels in the city, haven't seen any. In comparison to Europe hotels the level is quite low.

Everything is quite ascetic without abundance.
Breakfast is edible.
The rooms are clean.
The room is cozy, there is nowhere to eat nearby.
