Reviews from visitors:
Room/location were excellent. I was there with family January 10th to 20th in 2020. I wanted to specifically call out an experience I had. I was very sick from the time we arrived until we left, unfortunately. It got to the point where I thought I should maybe see a doctor. I went to the lobby and asked for suggestions for where to go for help. Delilah at the front desk not only told me where I could go, but offered to walk me there and explain to the pharmacist what problems I was having (je ne sais pas beaucoup de francais). That interaction has really stuck with me. Great hotel and great staff, highly suggested.
(The other Rick Parks review is my dad!)
Very nice location in the heart of the old city. Very clean. Our room looked into an inner courtyard which meant it was quiet. We haven't used the kitchen and the washing machine but it would be good for families. The mezzanine bedroom for the children had just enough height for children under 150 cm. One dissappointment was the breakfast we separately ordered one morning. It was brought punctually but it wasn't worth the money. Just buy pastries from the bakery downstairs.
Perfect location in Old Town. Walking distance to many sites and markets, restaurants and shops steps away. We are staying in the 3 bedroom. It is a very large apartment with comfortable beds and linens. 2 large baths with tub in one and shower in the other. Very clean and well furnished. The staff is just awesome and could not be more courteous and helpful. Must also mention it has a lift. Very highly recommend!
We have given the hotel an excellent review on Expedia. It would be hard to fault anything. Lovely double-height and spacious room, good small kitchen , friendly and helpful receptionists. The old town area is pleasant with lots of shops and restaurants, close to the beach and attractions. Highly recommended.
+: Very spacious apartments. Pretty and friendly staff at reception. Many good restaurants nearby. Some had said it could get noisy late in the evening from bars just across the street, not true. Very good insulation and we had great sleeps throughout our 5 nights stay.
-: No hot water one evening (quickly fixed though once reported to housekeeping)
