Booked over Booking.com. They took in january 140€ from my credit card. for reservation: Cancel free was written on booking.com.
They do not refund my money. Booking .com is not very helpful.
If you are not sure that your journey will take place, never book Le Dortoir Multi Storey Luxury Suites.
We stayed in the b&b separate from the hotel and it was perfect. Excellent location and the owners are very nice. Cleaned our room daily. There is no lift, we were on the third floor. We didn't get the breakfast as there are better options in the surrounding restaurants
Really not worth the money, the pictures do not match the apartments
Very nice room and owners very nice as well. Only negative is that room was a fifth floor walk up which was not clear from booking information.
