Great location and rooms reasonably fitted, good value. Let down by poor service, some staff were good others plain rude. Oh and don't be fooled by the beach club, it's not part of the hotel and comes at additional charge, as far as I could see hotel guests had no preferential access
The hotel is comfortable and really nice, the people are welcoming and friendly and the beach restaurant is amazing. I recommend strongly this gorgeous hotel.
Excellent customer service here! I visit hotels all over the world including some of the world’s top luxury properties. I arrived in Nice during a bad storm last night with many roads closed preventing me from getting to my conference but I was able to get a room at this hotel. From the moment I called for assistance in transferring to their hotel I experienced genuinely helpful staff who made my short stay so lovely! They even opened the kitchen to make me a latte to-go when I departed today. This hotel is a gem!
IMO this hotel is not 4*. Like other reviews, customer service is poor among most staff. Breakfast is chaotic and no one seems to be leading; tables not cleaned; food running out; hit and miss if you get offered hot drinks; and staff running around not able to cope with the volume of people.
We booked on the basis that the Privilege room was with bath, on arrival were told this was incorrect and as such a room was not available. The hotel did however accommodate us in a room with bath on night two - The booking agent confirmed that the hotel had taken responsibility for providing incorrect information yet no apology was forthcoming from the hotel for the remaining five nights we stayed.
House keeping provided generally good service except not providing clean cups, which we had to request twice.
Would not stay again.
