This is a nice hotel run by a local couple (and their nice dog!). It's quaint, quiet, and worth the price. We stayed there on a hot day, however, and it was like a sauna in our room. They provide small fans to blow air around, but it was still quite hot even with the fans. But it wasn't terribly expensive, so it was worth what we paid. :-)
Fantastic hotel in a brilliant location.The room was clean and a good size as was the bathroom.The owners are very friendly and welcoming.I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget without hesitation.Better than its one star rating.

I truly love the room and the place
Excellent hotel, spartan, clean and cheap. They answered email questions promptly and were very welcoming when we arrived. Would highly recommend to anyone regardless of budget.
