The location of this cute boutique hotel is perfect. We walked to the Promenade des Anglais in less than 10 minutes. What we really LOVED were the incredibly sweet women at the breakfast buffet who served us due to covid 19 precautions. They were always so kind, and funny and put a smile on our faces the entire week we were there. The rooms are cute and it has everything you need. We would definitely come back. Thank you.
Great room but requires a vent in bathroom.
Breakfast was wide choice but average quality. Have less but increase quality would be better. There was always a shortage of cutlery or crockery but staff were super helpful.
We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights - off season at the beginning of December 2019, and we were upgraded to the largest room.
I can summarize our stay in the hotel as 99% PERFECT :
1. Very clean.
2. Good breakfast.
3. Very friendly staff.
4. Very good location - close to the main shopping street of Nice.
5. Very close to Line #2 of the tram coming from Nice Airport.
The missing 1% is due to the weak flow of hot water.

I stayed in this hotel with my sister for a 9 days in the end of August 2019. Her travel agent highly recommended this hotel, and we never been disappointed.Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, very cozy hotel with charm of France. Planning come back again.

I am a little bit disappointed. They say it is 4* hotel, but I don't think so. It´s clean and with air conditioning, but the equipment and room isn´t 4* (I was in 3* which looked better). Bathroom is really small and from air-con was coming dirt (I quess it was some old filter which fell apart). Also I expected more for breakfast. Bread and croissant were good, but I missed ham, egg, cheese (there was only one - brie), and no fruit or vegetables. For one breakfast it may be enough, but if you stay there for more days, it´s a little bit boring. You can take wafle or pancake, but not everybody like sweet breakfast and that is almost all you can choose.
Also if you go through the city and see 4* hotel, you realise how much different it is. And i checked the prices, those real 4* hotel cost almost the same.
However the location is good. It´s close to the city centre and also to the beach (10 min. walking). The staff were friendly and it´s close to the tram station, which goes dirrectly from airport.
