-Good location : 3min walk to beach, 0.5min walk to restaurants, bars, mini marts/
-Good room condition : big enough room size, with a little terrace with automatic metal blind, with a dress room, with a toilet and with a shower bath booth. TV with many channels and a desk and luggage table. Comfy double bed for deep sleep/
-Building : has an elevator! Lobby has coffee machine which serves best Chocolate! And wide public kitchen./
-I stayed 3 nights in Sep with a friend at 3rd floor. Fully enjoyed Nice thanks to this good hotel!
Hotel is clean, reasonably priced and in a great location. Self serve kitchen was a very good bonus. Close to all attractions. Staff was helpful and friendly.
A fabulous location in Nice so close to the Mediterranean and to a large plaza with shops and restaurants. Within easy walking distance to a grocery store which is handy because there is a full kitchen that guests can use can I include an individual small refrigerators period we ate out at lunch everyday and bought things to fix ourselves at night. Rooms for decent sized with very comfortable beds. Does not include daily cleaning unless you want to pay for it but that was fine with us. I would highly recommend this place in Nice.

Amazing location near both the beach and the restaurants on the pedestrian street. Cozy rooms. Helpful staff, but not present all the time. No breakfast available. Excellent value for money.
