Very good location, close to the beach, train station and tram lines. Good spread for breakfast though repetitive. The room was a nice big size, clean and looked well maintained. Reception service was excellent.
Refused a refund due to COVID despite stating on booking.com "Guest may cancel - we will waive all fees." All other hotels in Europe agreed to refund our hotel stays whether a refundable or non-refundable booking.
Atrocious customer service - as soon as I had paid through booking.com the hotel contacted me retracting all of the preferences I had selected because I had used a third party site. Worst interactions I have ever experienced from a hotel anywhere and there have been many. Good luck guys I guess you must be the only hotel in Nice. go and have a look at yourself in the mirror, you know what I mean hahah
Only a short walk to the sea, and a little further to the city centre. Good value for money. Room was clean and comfortable.
Note: parking garage is very tight, and entrance to garage is unsuitable for cars with low ground clearance.
This place was amazing!!! The staff was the best thing about our experience! They made you feel very welcome, tried to help in every way and always smiling! The spa is also amazing, very cleans and good massage :) all very friendly!
I will certainly be returning again!
Massive thanks to breakfast staff Loui and also amazing bar staff christiano! I think I got their names right!! Also the beautiful young lady at reception with the brown hair who upgraded us :)
