Great place. I was traveling with a friend and we shared a room. The staff was very helpful and spoke very good English. It has a very homely feel. Everything was clean. Great bang for your buck. I would stay there again. It's wonderful being welcomed into a foreign environment with friendly people. Thank you for the great weekend!
The room was tiny but very comfortable (lots of air, which is very pleasant in the Riviera climate). The hotel is a little out of the way (uphill from the port on the other side from the castle and old town) but still an easy walk. The staff are helpful, friendly, and speak very good English.
If you're used to IBIS Styles, this nay not appeal to you, but if you want local flavour, an authentic Nice experience in a variety of unique rooms, underpinned by Nick's incredible hospitality, I can't recommend Villa la Malouine highly enough. The building speaks volumes about what makes Nice the eclectic gem it is, with a decor that reflects the relaxed vibe of the Old Town. You have a wonderful host in Nick - Understanding & Helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We liked it so much we cut short our time in Beaulieu sur Mer to come back!!!
For everyone who doesn't want 0815 and can do without air conditioning 100%. recommend!!! Mega friendly hotelier, private parking, great location !!!
Small room and there are spikes beside the head in the bed. Bathroom so small that you don't turn around. Without air conditioning and elevator, this can be waived, but even screens on the windows. We decided to upgrade to a better room with 15euro more that are worth at least for the space. Here small terrace and air conditioning .. which, however, does not work.
