The rooms are cute and fresh, nicely decorated and well cleaned. Both the rooms and the common spaces are nice to hang out and relax and you feel welcome here. Good amenities, free coffee, and friendly staff. Alain is especially nice and friendly with kids, and Liliana is very helpful, friendly and chatty. We extended our stay for one day in full season and they were very helpful in accommodating us. The only downside is if you come by car you need to find a public parking where to park your car. They really go for the happy experience so I would recommend them because customer service is rather lacking in many French hotels.
-room service try to avoid cleaning and does the minimum. There is to few glasses and bad sound profness. There is damaged floor with black parts.

The room was much smaller than in pictures. Kitchen is just a sink and a microwave.
First day we found trash from previous guest. Some other day they forgot to empty the bin.
Curtains in the room where loose, air conditioner was not very strong and if set to max power made annoying noise like needs repair.
Windows are not double glazed so all noise comes in.
Lights are dim, but that's the style hotel chose.
Tv is in a corner you can't see from whole bed. Wardrobe is tiny, you can't put clothes very well in both sides.
Breakfast is poor. You can get from 3 types of pastry and that's all. Oh yes and some pre packed stuff like waffles etc but are very bad. Coffee is from a machine, bad quality, tastes a waiting room coffee.
Brilliant service, all the staff are very kind and attending, particularly Zidan and Shamil, they were extremely kind and ensured our stay was the best of quality. Definitely recommend this hotel, and its in a perfect location, 5 minute walk from the beach and plenty of shops/restaurants around. Will definitely come again.
