Reviews from visitors:
This stay was a terrible experience for us.
1. The hotel is located very far from the city center, about 35-40 minutes walk.
2. Room is extremely small. Facilities are dated, and it was not clean.
3. Noise. Road in front of the hotel is busy throughout day and night.
4. AC was not working, it was hot and humid.
5. Over the top over priced!
6. Parking was not convenient, and not free on premises.
7. The hotel charged my card without asking, even I chose to pay in hotel.
8. The owner rushed us out of the room in the morning.
Adorable, modern, clean, comfortable hotel right on the main strip. We had a room on second floor with 2 balconies and view of the boardwalk and sea, which were just across the street. The owner is very friendly and helpful and speaks perfect English. He went out of his way for us, such as serving us beers at 3am and making us a delicious complimentary coffee on the morning of our departure (today). The hotel is a 10min walk from all the bars, cafes and attractions. Amazing! We loved this hotel and Nice and we want to come back again.
Very cost hotel right on promenade. Enjoyed a lot! Thank you so much!
I have stayed at hundreds of hotels over the years and have to say its the personal touch that stands out every time. The personal touch in this hotel is Joseph the owner. He's a first class guy and excellent business owner. The hotel is in a perfect location. easy walk to everything but still quiet enough for a good night sleep. I really enjoy this hotel. Its newly renovated and clean. Perfect views of the sea and a good breakfast. Thanks Joseph!
Visited in July and had a wonderful time. Joseph the owner is very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home.
The hotel is quite expensive for a 3 star but is located on the Promenade des Anglais and we had great views from our balcony.
Breakfast was expensive at 15 Euro for coffee and crossiants.
Overall, well worth a visit with easy access from the airport via tramline 2 at 1.50 per solo trip.
