Pros: good price, great location to the city tram, comfortable enough bed.
Cons: the rooftop needs a good renovation/cleaning plus hotel customers must order something from the bar to enjoy it. If you’re paying to stay at this hotel you should be able to sit on the rooftop without being told you need to order a drink. Also the shower water gets everywhere in the bathroom- don’t slip!
Room was compact but comfortable, bathroom was clean, water pressure good. Air conditioning was a welcome feature. Staff were helpful and friendly. Elevator is quite small. Another nice feature is the rooftop bar with a small spa offering a nice view over the city

Pictures of the hotel are very misleading. Rooms are shoebox size and there is no AC. Jacuzzi on the rooftop is paid extra (which was not mentioned), and it is operated in short time slots that you have to sign up for. Extra paid buffet breakfast was a terrible experience. Bacon and sausages - cold; some leftover sad looking cucumber and no tomatoes; scrambled eggs station was empty. Croissants rack - empty. I asked the staff about the state of the buffet, and whether they would refill it. 30mins later nothing has happened; not even one buffet station was taken care of and refilled. Basically out of ~10 buffet stations, only 3 were OK (coffee, juice and bread ). Not recommended. I am so glad that I only booked one night here. Never going to return.
Rooftop bar not bad with a jacuzzi. Wiide selection of drinks and snacks.
