Great value - really perfect perfect perfect location in Nice. Small hotel. Nicely decorated. One flight of steps up to rooms. Great security! Friendly and helpful staff. Only problem was on the 2nd day our room was not cleaned/made up which was a disappointment. Breakfast is simply. 1 type of cheese and 1 type of cold meat, cornflakes, baguette, butter & chocolates croissants (both delicious), warm (not hot) brewed coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and hard boiled eggs. (Same everyday.) Would stay here again - just making sure that room is done daily.
Great staff, cosy room and good value
Great location and lovely clean rooms. Very nice, helpful staff, would definitely stay again. If you are landing at Nice Airport, get a tram to Garabaldi de Chateau just across the square from the hotel for €1.50! Taxi was €55 euros one way when we landed around 9pm.

Absolutely perfect boutique hotel in great location on edge of old town. For a three star hotel at this price you would be hard pressed to find better. Excellent "edgy" decor throughout. Staff fantastic and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. There is no lift but all rooms are on the first floor. We were unaware of noise from either the road or restaurant below.
