For this reservation, we had two rooms booked. One double (suitable for one/two, with a balcony overlooking a courtyard), and a second (big enough for 3, overlooking the sea). Each of the rooms were very comfortable, but the bigger of the two was better by miles. The Aircon in the smaller room didn't work very well and the bathroom was quite small making use of the sink very difficult - there was a shelf directly above which blocked ease of access to the sink. The courtyard was more a recess between buildings.
The breakfast each morning was adequate, and the welcoming host was always on call if needed. Towels were changed every day (bit excessive), and the beds were made also each day. Soap was also replaced each day which seemed quite wasteful.
There are a number of buses you can easily take into town (about 10mins), and the beach was directly across the road.
There is no lift, so of you are in anyway uneasy on your feet - be warned.
All in all, I would stay again, but would ensure to have a room overlooking the sea. The smaller room with the "courtyard" view wasn't great.
Amazing location - beach right outside and bus stop across the street. There is a train station a twenty minute walk away and many restaurants, bakery's, supermarkets etc on the street behind.
Owner could not be nicer, company I placed reservation with cancelled my booking without notifying me, however the owner squeezed me in on arrival, even let me choose which room I wanted to stay in.

Terrible place. Dirty, noisy, only cold water in the shower, AC working but very noisy when on, staff unfriendly and the hotel is not quite the same as on the pictures. Stay away!
Pass hotel with boss shirt scruffy pants outlet. Unhealthy room and unsuitable for housing. Indescribable smell. Smell that we find in India near garbage on a hot day. I really thought I was in a creepy movie. Notice to some directors who need an unhealthy decor, go there !!!
The rest, never go! I do not even understand some positive opinions. We stayed 30 minutes before leaving
