The room is big and it has modern furniture
The hotel is located around 5 minutes from tram station. In 10 minutes you are in city center by tram.
The staff is very friendly. We received precious information about what to do in see in Nice and around from the man at the reception.
We don't like the smell like in a hospital on hallways
Great stay for couple of days, tram to town was a 10 min ride. Only missing a fridge in the room

Was disgusted with the attitude of the nightwatchman. I was lost and needed to phone a taxi, the guy basically told me to f...k off. It was very late at night too. This is the type of attitude that stains the reputation of a n establishment.
We try to book a double room in that hotel. We call to have a confirmation about parking clearance due we travel with a big van and the receptionist continued to shut down the phone on my mouth. Very disappointed.
