Don't recommend at all! The vacation got canceled because of Covid-19 and the director of the hotel (Mr. Eric) promised us a refund for the 3 rooms that we've booked and paid. The last email that we've received was a confirmation that we will get a credit note, but they've never answered any of our emails and we've never received the credit
Making promises, but don't keeping it. Good job guys! Thanks for my loss of about 500 euro.

Considering it was such a reasonably priced hotel, it was lovely! We had a nice room with a balcony. It was spotlessly clean. We had a kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly. My husband wished we had at lest one English tv channel though. The location was near takeaway restaurants and a busy shopping area. It was a little scary outside at night but that is common in most busy cities. Room safe was free and easy to use.
I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel given the current reviews. Yes the bathrooms were small and dated, but they were clean and the shower was warm with good pressure. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel had a lovely ambience and small but comfortable main floor lounge. The location is wonderful - so close to the train station and the tram stop into town. It's also less than 10 min walk from the other tram line (and airport stop). I would happily stay here again. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Overcharged us for the room. Our online booking was “cancelled” for whatever reason and they proceeded to charge us the price that was listed on our “cancelled” booking when the price was actually cheaper. We got overcharged about €20-€30.
Extremely disappointed in the dishonesty of the staff. In addition to the overcharge, they really charged me an extra €2 for a water bottle, but didn’t tell me beforehand? Seriously? I paid over $100 for the room and this is the level of service I get? What a joke.
Will not be return to this hotel or any Best Western.
Super friendly staff speaking English very well. Hotel is located 3 minutes of walk from the train station, but quite far from the promenade. For me it was a perfect spot as I did not mind the walking distance from the old town. The room was small, yet perfect for one person.
