What I like about this hotel: exceptionally good front desk service and by the hotel manager. Although there is no buffet breakfast, as Nha Trang is basically super quiet now due to the pandemic, it is understandable. The rooms are spacious, amenities are super modern and clean. Toothbrushes, shower cap, soap...etc are provided. The hotel is also located near to the sea. Sea view from our room is quite nice.
Pool is also comfortable for two to four people. There is also a tiny gym with an exercise bike and a treadmill for a simple workout.
Getting around is easy - you can rent a bike from the front desk. Or a short five minutes walk will lead you to the beach. If you need a beer, there are several small shops around. Laundry is available inside or behind the hotel for 20k/kg. Hotel has simple room service food as well; price is reasonable.
Overall the best hotel I stayed in Vietnam so far. It is luxurious for it's price range.
When travel in Vietnam, we normally stay in the hotel belongs to a famous hotel group. As for Tet Holidays this year, my family travelled from HCMC – Vinh – HCMC by car and again we booked the regular hotels for the trip. Except the one in Vinh, it has disappointed us in all other places. When arriving in Nha Trang from Quang Ngai, we decided to change the hotel but not stay in the one we booked earlier.
We found Seana Hotel Nha Trang in booking.com but decided to call the hotel directly. Luckily, there were room to fit 3 of us. I would say that this is the best choice we have ever made for our accommodation when travel in Vietnam.
We were actually feeling in love with Seana Hotel Nha Trang at the first sight. It is located in the city center – 3 mins walking to the beach. The frontdesk staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are well designed and luxuriously furnished – my son was so excited entering the room immediately told us that he liked this hotel most comparing with others he did stay. It is extremely impressive with the hotel cleanness and the bedding sets as well - we had a really good sleep that night after few sleepless nights when travelling from Vinh. The breakfast were well prepared with various choices including all Bac Trung Nam dishes.

As a digital nomad and a full-time traveler for the last 2 years, I have experience with a variety of hotels across Vietnam, but the experience with Seana is one of the most impressive.
I contacted them directly through their Facebook fan page and asked for a sea view room. Their advice is efficient and the booking process is quick, without any upfront payments. After that, I got a room with a sea view on the 20th floor, one of the best view rooms of the hotel. Feel so lucky!
The hotel is located on one of the most convenient roads for travel, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and cafes, and less than 3 minutes walk from the beach.
Check-in was made quickly with a warm welcome.
My room is new, clean, cozy, accented by the large-format mural and luxurious dark gray colors of the interior. In addition to a fixed vanity with a large mirror, they have a small sofa with a small table where you can sip a cup of coffee and see Nha Trang Bay insight.
The layout of the room feels tidy, so even though the large bed takes up most of the main space, you won't feel cramped. In particular, the bathroom and the main space can see each other.
They have a bar on the 21st floor (temporarily suspended due to the influence of covid-19) with a clean pool for 2-4 people. In addition, there are some small exercise types of equipment for a simple workout.
Rooms are made up every day. The floor is thoroughly cleaned every corner. They also provide laundry services inside the hotel. Room service is also offered at reasonable prices.
But what impresses me the most is the hospitality from Seana's staff. Their efforts to maintain service quality with limited resources are extraordinary!
- Reception team, with Ms. Thuc Anh is always there to help with any questions about renting motorbikes, bicycles, suggesting nearby places, solving problems related to rooms, ... Due to the epidemic, they had to lay down a lot of staff and she had to take on many tasks at the same time. But she does all of that with the glee of someone who loves her work. She is like the queen of the front foyer and does her best to provide help to her guests.
- The soul of kitchen and room service, Mr. The is a great hotel chef. He served me 2 breakfasts with Pho and Bun Bo Hue. They are all delicious, and clearly worthy of the class of a 4-star hotel. Going further, the story of his journey to becoming a professional chef and his career philosophy truly inspires.
They did not have the buffet for breakfast during my stay but it is understandable because of Covid-19.
Overall, in that price range, they are one of the best hotels you can find in Nha Trang. The fact that I spent 2 nights in a hotel in the same segment with Seana after that, but the experience was a lot worse.

Breakfast was disappointing.. they charged for buffet breakfast but actually only offered fried eggs and Vietnamese coffee..
Amazing service for the price. Very clean and modern facility that locates in the very center of Nha Trang city. Nice and friendly staffs. Will be back for sure.
