Good location near the beach. Facilities are in good conditions with simple and minimal style. Clean.
Staffs are really nice and helpful. They can support me for almost everything I ask for.
Nothing to complain during my stays at Aaron, especially with a reasonable price.
But it’s a little bit annoying since you can hear sounds from other rooms or upstairs.
This is a nice and tidy hotel with very smart facilities in the room however the custmer service is just acceptable level.
Very good hotel, great value for money. Room was clean and well equipped, some English channels. The reception / front desk staff are wonderful - very friendly and helpful.
When we booked our mini bus, lady called the booking agency and asked to pick us up directly from the hotel.

The room is very clean, the staffs are amazing (especially Tien, she's very helpful), the location is awesome too. There are plenty of places to eat around, it's 3 min walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable, and the view from the bath tub is stunning!
Just a few complaints: the AC in our room was barely working. The pool is dirty. I understand that they have cut down the number of their staffs to cut expenses during this pandemic but it was a little disappointing.
Regardless, I still recommend this place. I'll surely come back once the pandemic is over and everything is back to normal, perhaps, my experience would be different.
