Worst hotel I’ve seen in my life.
The room doesn’t look like the pictures at all. Bad smell and dirty room and pool .
We didn’t had a breakfast buffet.
In the night we came back from the new year party and the hotel doors was all locked! No one in the reception to answer the phone and no guard!
We waited outside like 20min till the guard woke up and open for us the door.
We wanted to checked out and refund and the sales manager was so rude and insulting me on the phone. I’ve never had an experience like this my whole life .
This man shouldn’t work at anything related to costumer service . Screaming and insults costumer on the phone it’s so rude unprofessional and inappropriate . I’ll never come back there or recommend this place to anyone. Nha Trang have so many other great options
Very bad experience. The hotel isnt clean enough, the bedroom smells bad.

Had a lovely stay. Booked last minute after the hotel I had originally planned to stay turned out to have shut down and was being demolished!
I was made to feel welcome the moment I arrived to V Hotel. Great location and friendly helpful staff.
Front desk staff wasn't terribly welcoming and made me felt a bit like I was in trouble, though I don't know why. Room was nice and breakfast decent (a lot of meat...fewer vegetarian options). Gym/spa was a joke. About 6 machines, no weights or mats, a tiny pool, and an enclosed bar at which a group was smoking (indoors) so we left fast.
Absolutely fabulous! Great breakfast buffet, brand new rooms. Very clean and spacious. Highly recommend to anyone.
