Reviews from visitors:
The staff is awesome and incredibly helpful. I forgot my laptop charger in Saigon, I couldn't work, and was trying to order one from a shop in Nha Trang - hopless)) ... The receptionist just saved me: she called to 4 stores, found the right charger and arranged free delivery by the shuttle bus from My a Trang to Mia! Just great! 5 stars. And the resort itself is also stunning)
I've stayed at Mia twice now and by far it exceeds every expectation I've come to have when staying in hotels and resorts in Vietnam over the course of living here for 3 years. Frankly, I'm puzzled how Mia does it. It's on par with a level of quality I've only seen at elite hotel chains in world cities like Bangkok, Taipei, and Seoul. Let me first start with just hotel construction quality. The rooms here are built with robust materials: granite, stone walls, thick solid glass panels, steaming hot water and strong water pressure. Onto the amenities: dense high-quality linens and towels, well-lathering natural fragrance soaps and shampoos. Immaculate golfcourse-like gardening and landscaping. Service: well-trained staff that can speak English to a level that's beyond just basic communication and actually shows warmth and understanding of guest needs; prompt and professional when responding to guest requests. Seriously, how do they do it? Now let's talk about price. Mia provides the same level of hospitality as some resorts in Vietnam that are charging a base rate closer $1,000 per night. On the flip side, a single stay at Mia is easily worth 3-4 stays in a cheaper resorts, because even though the price tag may be higher, the value is much better. Okay as if that wasn't enough - the food! I can't overstate how refreshing it is to stay at a resort that doesn't feel like it's taking advantage of a "captive market" and blatantly overcharging for mediocre food. The food at Mia is reasonably priced (for a resort) and absolutely delicious. Not only that, the menu is actually inspired and creative, not just your standard burger/fries/coke with plus a few local dishes sprinkled in kinda deal. Mia is a blessing and a curse because it's honestly the resort I'll compare all other resorts against.
It was a big and nice property. It's a big old already, food is decent and service is great
The villa and the resort were incredible. I went there on my birthday and thank you Mia for your well preparations which I was so amazed.
Maybe more additional food for buffet breakfast and unlucky the spa was closed when I was there. Overall it’s amazing you will have the time of your life there but still under your budget hehe
You have a very poor website ever. I tried to reach information on your Website but a dump pop up ads kept continues bothering me and your website is too slow, it takes a lot of time just to turn off a pop up?!!! A big chat box on the right side really annoyed me but can't find any exit button thats why its really hard to read information on your Website. How could you share your information on this stupid platform ?
