1 Pod 51 Hotel

Walls are thin (would wake up to noisy neighbors every morning), beds were kind of hard, and the room was freezing but you can't beat the location and price. It was wonderful to be so close to amazing restaurants and attractions without breaking the bank to stay there. Our rooms didn't have bathrooms which worried me at first but the public bathrooms and showers were kept exceptionally clean. Our rooms were very clean too so you don't have to worry about that either. Our experience was really hampered by our crazy neighbors but that wasn't the hotel's fault, I do wish they would've done something about them sooner though.
2 Hotel Boutique at Grand Central

Great hotel in a great location. It's an easy walk to Grand Central Station, and there are lots of great places to eat nearby. The rooms are a little small, and the buttons on the elevator can be a little finnicky. The staff was all very nice and helpful, and one of the highlights are the free snacks and balcony on the top floor. There is a great view from the balcony, and it is an excellent place to relax after a long day of seeing New York. As a bonus, there is even free wine at 5 PM. Definitely recommend of you want to stay in Manhattan.
3 Cambria Hotel New York - Times Square

The Cambria is a gem sitting in the heart of New York City. The room was fabulous! COVID standards were exceptional. The decor was delightfully eclectic. I loved the bathroom. It was spotless and the lighting was perfect. Will definitely be staying here again!
