Love this place. The corner room is elegant minimalist, the beds are cant-get-out of them comfy and the peek-a-boo shower is a sexy touch. The prices are totally in line. The real gold here, though, is the staff, they are exactly the faces you want to see after a string of not-so-lovely hotel stays, or simply too much time with the family. They are warm, kind, accommodating without ever being oleaginous and their down-to-earth professionalism goes across the board, and a very long way :)

I was completely dissatisfied with this hotel. Upon arriving in my room I did a wipe down of every surface and handle. It was very disappointing to find that every Clorox wipe turned brown from dirt. In the middle of a pandemic I feel like this hotel should have been taking the proper precautions by cleaning properly. It was evident that my health and safety was not important to them. Also, no hot water. Very disgusted and disappointed.

Check in and check out was flawless and the room was nice for the price. Staff was very friendly
My boyfriend and I spent our anniversary here in a balcony room and we were very, very impressed. Staff was accommodating and helpful and the room was clean and spacious; Plenty of room to unpack and stow our luggage. Also included a refrigerator and glassware which is a thoughtful touch. The view of Kenmare was great and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night with a beer just people watching. As far as the neighborhood nolita is a nice area, you’re close to Brooklyn bridge and union square and we had an easy time getting everywhere by subway or on foot. Overall I would definitely recommend The Nolitan to any couple looking for a laidback romantic getaway and we will be back on our future trips to nyc!
