This hotel is beautiful. It has a nice bohemian vibe, with plants, rustic finishes and platform beds. I purchased a self care package and it was a great value for what I received. The person working the desk when I arrived was Priscilla, and she was very nice and personable. And the lounge space available was also nice and had a bohemian vibe. The negatives would be that different parts of the common areas lacked polish, like the rooftop lounge had chairs without cushions and pizza boxes on the counter. But it was a common area so maybe I arrived after a messy guest ♀️. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable, although a bit small. They compensate for the small space by using the space very well and making the storage very streamlined. Overall, it was a nice, unique hotel at a great price, and I would stay again.
Loving this place!! Very stylish but cozy. The room is quiet at night, and the beds are comfortable. A good value in a fantastic location just off Broadway. Make sure you check out the rooftop bar & patio -- the views are sweet!
Our stay here at made hotel was short of nothing but amazing. I picked this hotel because of the beautiful balcony they had for the purpose of proposing to my girlfriend. When I had first called them, I had spoken to the front desk concierge; who had referred me to Alison.
When I finally did have the opportunity to speak to her and explain what I wanted to do; she was very happy to help me. Alison was very patient with all my requests such as checking out the balcony, working with my sister in the proposal, allowing us to have the balcony to ourselves, and letting us set up the layout I had in mind.
When going there the first time I met Lucas; who was also very helpful and wanted to help us out anyway possible. Thanks to both of them and everyone else at made hotel; everything went perfect. I am very happy with choosing this hotel and hopefully will be a customer again In the future. They also have a very lovlely cafe first floor with amazing cappuccino.
Excellent staff and customer service!! Totally enjoyed for couple days! Nice and cozy rooms. Looking forward to stay again in summer.

Surprised me by proposing on the rooftop. The way he laid out the flowers, Candles and pictures was absolutely amazing. I later Had the opportunity to meet Alison, who helped out my boyfriend a lot; and she was very sweet. I am definitely thankful to everyone in made hotel for the amazing experience and am truly lucky to have such an extraordinary man in my life
