I am sorry i never stayed at the hotel
Stood here on a weekday due to our work schedules and enjoyed our stay that we decided to come back for a weekend stay, I must say both times have been a wonderful experience. The rooms are pretty and clean, the front desk workers were very pleasant. Can't wait to book again.
Okay I stay at this hotel EVERY WEEK! This place is a historic hotel in the city which such a rich history! The staff here are INCREDIBLE! Despite Covid they are so engaging and accommodating! They make you feel so welcome and always make sure your stay is a happy one! I’ve stayed at 3 diamond hotels in the city but prefer to stay at the Warwick instead! Love you guys! ❤️❤️❤️
This hotel is not recommended at all based on my experience. I hoped that the visit would be great, but it failed for me. The one of the two remote controller for TV doesn't work. The toilet was clogged. But those two were solved. But the most worst part was the rusty water. The cold water was OK. But hot water was so yellow. The initial response from the front desk was rapid. But for this case of the rusty water, they told us to just run the water until it is OK. So I ran the water about more than 1 hour. The color seemed to be a little better but it is still yellow as you see.
I was tired of waiting for getting showered. So I got showered with that yellow water. It is horrible.
My room was roomy, neat and cozy, but this has ruined all the good impression.
Edition: Although we had a really bad memories about this, the hotels deeply apologize for what they have mistaken. They promised that it will be fixed for sure and we've got a proper reimbursement about it.
I want to go zero stars out of spite but that wouldnt be accurate. Its a nice hotel and prime location. The service kills this establishment. After my previous review was deleted I had to analyze why. While honest, it was an unnecessarily scathing review of the hotel building vs the staff. The building is still in need of maintenance and upgrades, leaky faucets and malfunctioning ac/ heating units. The hotel as an establishment offers what it offers. (Read the fine print) but the staff makes the experience horrid, particularly the Assistant General Manager. Keep your tip money and put it into staying at another hotel.
