Our stayed was amazing! It was perfect for us. Don’t let the “tiny” fool you. It’s design sparked a lot of conversations between us. We admired the design and the thought it was put into every little detail. We really loved it.
This hotel was tremendous! Their awesome staff was a big help to me. I got a nice room and delicious food to eat. Their rate was very transparent and suitable for my budgets. I am happy and satisfied staying with this hotel. I will honestly tell all of my family and colleagues about this impeccable hotels' staff. Best! A5 stars!

Beautiful hotel, nice room. Just needed a quick getaway to escape life just for one night. The Arlo provided that for me. The price was perfect for a room in NYC. I booked the room on Airbnb, quick and easy. I'm glad I checked the reviews because someone wrote about their room not having wash rags and I prepared my bag with extra just in case, and my room had towels but no rags. There was no notification of a $100 hold for the room, and the staff said I would get the money back in a "few to 10 business days", a little odd. Other than that staff was very nice and helpful, even calling customer service for help to connect chromecast was easy. I would definitely book again! Sooner rather than later
The staff was friendly, the room was great, the only thing I didn’t like was that you could only be on the roof top when the bar was open. Didn’t give you time to have a feel for the place. Other than that the bar was great the staff worked with me for reservations and were active. They put a ticket on my car that was left out front as I loaded my bags into the room just to make sure I wasn’t ticketed or towed. Another thing I didn’t like was that valet was having issues but the staff and the presentation of the building along with there being multiple garages in the area definitely made up for it. The location was great as well, quiet and calm but might life was only around the corner, on the roof top or a few minutes away.
