We decided to stay at Hotel Hugo for my daughter's birthday weekend in New York City. The staff was amazing, especially Daniel. Daniel the Director of Front Office was very friendly and kind. He made sure to work with me, so that I could get the best possible price for my stay. LOVE Hotel Hugo!!!!! We can't wait for our stay!
We stayed at Hotel Hugo this weekend when we visited New York. We were extremely happy with the hotel all around. We were a little nervous staying in a hotel being that it was during covid, but everything was sanitized and VERY clean. The staff was wonderful making sure we had everything that we needed. Daniel the Director of Front Office was so helpful making sure we had a pleasant stay getting us everything we needed. He was so friendly and made our stay more enjoyable! We definitely will be back!
Staying here was not a bad experience, but also not the worst. Small room, and some maintenance issues with the room. Housekeeping was polite, staff was polite, and held the door open even for me looking young and very casually dressed. The rooms could have been much cleaner-- carpet and the desk in front of the window not wiped down or cleaned very well. I would not use the Keurig in the room. Great location of course.
