Reviews from visitors:
Mike at the front desk was incredible from the moment I was greeted. He was so friendly and offered to get me checked in a full 3 hours before actual check-in! He really came through and was a joy to be around. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. Would definitely stay here again!
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. The rooms are clean and a good size. The hotel has a nice ambiance and is close to many great things! I had previously posted a review of my latest stay regarding an issue with housekeeping the hotel did not seem to want to address appropriately, but I spoke with the manager during the day and they made it right! I would give 5 stars if I hadn’t had to speak to two different people to get a satisfactory resolution to my issue when both were managers. I would still say this place is worth a stay!
This hotel is in a good location with a great Italian restaurant in the hotel, situated between Central park and Time Square. Staff were helpful and friendly.
If you dream small, this is the hotel for you. The lobby is compact and not terribly inviting with the exception of a lovely aquarium. We had a room with 2 double beds which was seriously small. It was advertised as being 300 square feet, but in fact it was about 200. Yes, we measured the room. Quite a significant short-coming! One small window looking onto a shaft-like space in the back of the building provided no view and very little light.
We found the room quite claustrophobic and depressing!
Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again.
The location is perfect of this hotel! it is central to everything and you can walk everywhere! We had a clean and comfortable room. The hotel had a lot of fun activities and events happening every night. Loved the rooftop and game room! Would stay here again!
PERFECT LOCATION. - Very short walk to Times Square, Central Park, and all the main attractions. Hotel is clean, and the rooms are bit small, but that's average for around the area. Service is polite and efficient. The windows in the rooms need to be updated; they let out A LOT of heat and therefore condensation pools at the bottom and wet the surrounding area.
