I quickly did research and there, I found this hotel which offers a genuine service. I was able to get one room and I just walk in. It was a fast and honest transaction. Highly recommended for both meetings with friends as well. They got a big space and a fantastic pool.
Superb hotel in a great location just off Times Square. The rooms are cosy and adequately sized. The roof top bar is the icing on the cake. Great views over NY whilst enjoying a Brooklyn Lager.
Had a pleasant 1 night stay with my wife. Great location and rooms are comfortable. We also tried Haven Rooftop and the brunch was delicious. Staff was friendly and covid safe.
Literally been around the world and it’s one of my favorite hotels. It’s SO COZY!!!!! we went in winter months both times and it was the best feeling to walk in from outside to a toasty lobby and chill by the fireplace. The room was tiny but it was what I expected in New York but nonetheless so clean and modern. Can’t wait to be back!!!!
The Haven rooftop has nice views and good service but the hotel lobby has bad service unfortunately.. the lady at the elevator on Sunday is very unfriendly and inhospitable and left a bad taste in our mouth.
