Every single staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean and the shower was amazing. I definitely recommend this place and if I ever come back to NYC I would stay here. It’s also in the perfect location- surrounded by everything you can think of. YOU SHOULD STAY HERE!! ❤️
Its okay. This place has received a lot of hype recently because how affordable and modern it was. But now it seems due to the hype the price has gone up, but the quality didn't. The room is about as small as it gets and the shower an arms length away from the toilet. The amenities are simply not great for the price you pay. There is a communal iron room, the room only comes with two pillows , breakfast is NOT included, water was $7, and the view is wack. The staff on the other hand were great, everyone was friendly and welcoming. This place would be better if the price matched everything else. For the amount we spent we could've stayed at a hotel with more amenities. Decent first experience but don't plan on staying again.
I booked this hotel theough a friend recommendation. The hotel is great proximity from everything Times Square & Central Park & etc. the staff was very kind. The entire room is controlled via iPad & there are colored LED lights in the shower that illuminates the room which is cool and creative, very different. The view was what we had thought .. it was facing another building. The staff was very nice and helpful. No amenities with any stays ... possibly could book in the future.
Not bad of an overall experience
The hotel rooms are tiny. Even though I made reservations for 2 people there was not enough space for both of us. The shower pressure is terrible. Not as clean as it should be and noisy at night. We didn’t have good sleep.
Supposedly, rooms should be tech savvy but it looks like the technology has not been updated in at least 10 years.
You are not allowed any visitors because of their own stringent “House Rules “ which are given to you upon checking, not before you book. If I knew I’d choose another hotel.
With so many options in the area, I would not recommend staying here.
Loved staying here for my birthday! Loved the vibe, bartenders were friendly and the room is cute. Loved the mood settings to catch a vibe in the room. Housekeeping was excellent- we didn’t need it, but the cleaning lady was helpful and gave us fresh towels and changed the garbage anyway. Would come back again!
