The place was great me and my wife had a great time. The hotel staff was very professional. And made us feel at home the room was clean and they have a great gym. And the rooftop was awesome we really had fun. I'll be going back. More often. Thank you guys for a wonderful birthday.
This hotel has amazing views from the room without a doubt my favorite part! The rooms were a bit small with double beds, but because of the many large windows in the room of the city it didn’t feel like it was tight. This hotel also had free parking!!! they gave us a voucher on the garage,so awesome! The rooms are clean comfortable with a hipster feel. It’s in the heart of Chinatown and close walking to little Italy and the bridges! Loved my stay!
I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times. I’m sure my room was upgraded once or twice as the lady at reception remembered me and I got a bigger room on a higher floor. Amazing hotel. Staff is super friendly and nice. The place is clean and organized. The view is pretty good and I really have no complaints at all. I THINK room prices have gone up a bit since the summer, but it’s a great hotel with growing number of customers so it’s no surprise. I will be returning soon. Thank you.
One of the best hotel I have stayed at and for a reasonable price! Check out the rooftop bar for an amazing view. Tony at the front desk was great. Great location. I especially appreciated the fact that they provided umbrellas for us since it started raining and we had no rain gear. I will definitely come back.
Yea this happened... on my birthday. They said a water main broke... Keep in mind the hotel is ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE MANHATTAN BRIDGE! (That is sewage!)I was given another room. (Not as cute n secluded as the 1st) and complimentary champagne . Night staff was friendly n pleasant and day manager Steve(n) amazing!
