The staff here is so kind and attentive. The room was very clean and had an amazing view of downtown Manhattan. The roof top was gorgeous and the drinks were very unique. Because of covid the tables were social distanced and we felt very safe. Checking in and out was very easy. We will 100% be staying here again !
Surrounding area threw me at first. A nearby shelter means lots of interesting(?) people around. Skip by them and there's lot to see and do. Oh bye the way if you are a 6 footer like me the room size is a bit of a shock. But its cool. Funky roof bar.
The vibe here is amazing! Davey is such an amazing host. Kept our glasses full and the music lit! Would definitely recommend coming if you’re visiting or even for a staycation.
This is an amazing place if you want a really quality experience for a more affordable price. My boyfriend and I originally were staying for only one night but stayed for two because it was just that good.The rooms are small but we loved them: very cozy and minimalist. The colorful lights were a fun addition to the experience. We got a top floor room and it was worth the extra price for the beautiful view. The ambassadors here are absolutely amazing and contributed to a very kind and positive environment. The interior decorator for CitizenM is a genius because it is very eclectic and modern. The area felt relatively safe, and was an easy walkable distance from some great spots in SoHo, Chinatown, LES, and West Village.
Easy Check In. Fantastic Decor. Quiet Modern Rooms. Great Views.. Close to great Restaurants. Easy to get to via Subway. Everything operated by Ipad in the room. What more do you need?
