One of the most memorable parts of staying in NY was the day I was leaving they had moved our bags early so we could come back and pick them up later in the day, and when we came back to collect the laptop bag was missing, said they couldn’t find it.
Then surprise surprise unfortunately we had tracking on our phone once the guy at the counter knew that, he went for a walk out the back, and fancy that tracking disappeared.
Told them I wasn’t leaving till the bag was returned and just like that they found it.
Amazing brunch and a cozy little movie theatre that shows old and new movies for $12. Cutest movie theatre ever! Great for tourists to New York City.
Nice hotel. We liked the room and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the jazz bar was closed. Restaurant within has horrible service.
Mood and atmosphere is great. Feels 20/30’s bootlegger era. Jazz at night this week has been amazing way to wind down along with cocktails and food all prepared perfectly. Can’t wait till after covid for the movie theater and speakeasy bar.

Only true rooms for improvement, walls feel
Thin with carry over sound and pillows go flat. Otherwise that’s just me being picky.
This hotel was following and going beyond all COVID precautions, which made us feel safe while staying. We used to live right in LES for a few years, and we frequented the bar at the roof of this hotel.
