Great hotel in a great location. It's an easy walk to Grand Central Station, and there are lots of great places to eat nearby. The rooms are a little small, and the buttons on the elevator can be a little finnicky. The staff was all very nice and helpful, and one of the highlights are the free snacks and balcony on the top floor. There is a great view from the balcony, and it is an excellent place to relax after a long day of seeing New York. As a bonus, there is even free wine at 5 PM. Definitely recommend of you want to stay in Manhattan.
Nice hotel if you get the right room.
I liked the location and the little details that were meant to make my stay more comfortable: in-room yoga mat, a self-serve guest laundry (for no fee), a nice lobby on the top floor and drinking water dispensers on each floor.
I was a disappointed though because the first room I got looked nothing like the one I booked. I requested a high floor room and got a 2nd floor one. Darker and more old-school style. I didn’t want to complain because of ‘looks’ but I woke up for the street noise at 4am! When I requested a new room, I finally got one that looked like the one I booked. It had lots of light and loved it! But I am still a bit upset why didn’t I get it at arrival already
I liked the hotel. For the price I got it for 2 nights it was pretty good. Couple of things I really liked about the hotel was first the staffs we're really helpful, they have a lounge which gives great view of the place around next it is close to all the important spots you can just walk. And also they have complimentry food and drinks in that lounge which is pretty cool.
I hope this helps you to make decision.
Excellent service, affordable rooms
Complimentary wine and snacks in the evening for an hour or so. Stayed in the fall, but during the summer the rooftop is open and probably beautiful to enjoy the wine in open air. The lobby is very small but efficient. Accommodating staff. Perfect location
