This place was in perfect location, across street from casino, steps away from French Quarter, and a few blocks from Bourbon. Upon arrival, valet was very nice, receptionist was welcoming and nice as well. First thing I noticed when entering hotel was the beautiful smell and how uniquely decorated it was. Room was awesome and beds were super comfortable which made it hard to get out of the day of check out. Lol I most definitely will be staying here again!

Great hotel. Very nice ppl at the front desk. Real clean. The room was excellent. Bathroom was nice a clean as well.
Bought my hotel ahead of time before going to New Orleans,to celebrate my 21st birthday. saw this hotel looked very nice & fancy I didn’t have a budget on spending so I went with this hotel thinking it would be amazing! I Was wrong☹️ & no refunds...
- No house keeping
- rooms were not clean at all, even after switching rooms
- carpet is gross
- no pool
- no bar
-no gym
- no free parking
- one of elevators stank like vomit
- pictures are deceiving, not what I was expecting at all.
But I really enjoyed New Orleans!
Will be back ... but not at this hotel..
Although the staff was very friendly and helpful, this hotel was horrible. When we arrived we had to carry our luggage for 3 days w/o a buggy. We had to have the initial room we were provided changed due to there being stains on the floor and furniture. It was still a sticky substance on the furniture in the room also. It also was a hair net on the side of the couch. That’s horrible with COVID! The room we were changed to shower ceiling was falling apart. At that point we just decided to stay because we were to tired to move again. There wasn’t a ice bucket and the ice machine on two floors below us were broke so we had to go 3 floors down to get ice. The linen was yellow and old, not white. The furniture had burns on it. This is no longer a 4 star hotel. Although it’s decorated nicely, it’s very run down. The outside windows were so dirty you could barely see out your window. They need to remodel this hotel. The carpet was coming up on my floor at a room door. The valet drove my car like maniac. I’d never stay here again. The only reason it got a star is because of the friendly front desk staff. I felt so bad for them to have deal with complaints at this hotel.
My husband and I have just recently made our 1st visit to New Orleans and we stayed here, and in the future we will absolutely be staying at this hotel again. Not only was the aesthetic of the hotel beautiful and modern, the hotel staff was very kind and attentive. They made sure we were welcome and assisted us with anything we needed. Not to mention they went above and beyond to ensure that my husband got his watch back after we had left. We live out of state and Valerie made sure to help us get his watch back to him. I can't thank you all enough for your hospitality. Also a plus is that it's very close to downtown and in walking distance of restaurants and shopping areas.
