Beautiful hotel and amazing staff, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating.. the lobby was gorgeous, rooms are so spacious... loved it!! It will be the place to stay when we come back to NOLA
We stayed at the Ace Hotel New Orleans during the winter storm in Texas. The staff were so accommodating, friendly, and flexible during our 4 night stay; just the best experience. Everything at Ace was first class, from checking in, to the quality and feel of the room, to the friendly staff in the coffee shop that greeted us with smiling faces every morning. We will no doubt be back here for a longer stay in the coming months.
We spent Saturday and Sunday night at the Ace hotel. My wife asked me to take her away because we lost a baby a year ago on this date. Our plan was to stay at the hotel and just let ourselves feel however we felt in the privacy of our own room. My wife, Lauren picked the perfect hotel. I mean it was just meant to be. Our stay has been so special. We found comfort here! The rooms are amazing! From the decor, amazing shower, comfortable beds and furniture!! It doesn’t feel like a hotel room at all. It feels like a beautiful flat that’s fit for a music star!! The staff...every single one of them have been so kind and courteous! They’re super helpful and have a spirit that they genuinely love this city and what they do here! The rooms are clean! The cleaning staff are taking the time to sanitize for all of our health!! This was our first stay at the Ace and it couldn’t have gone better!!! We will absolutely be back!!! In fact, I am sad to leave here.

This place was amazing and the lady that is head of security was so sweet and helpful to my family! She took the time to show us around and was great with our boys! Thank you so much for making our experience so wonderful.
My first stay with the Ace and it won’t be my last! The front desk person John was amazing and so welcoming and the space itself is lovely. Walking into my room with the lamps on and jazz playing was so delightful. I can’t wait to return! Thank you.
