I stayed for one night. The hotel is beautiful. Very unique interior. The gym on the top floor...WOW. My room was nice. The volume button on my remote had a mind of its own, causing me to get up and use the controls on the side of the TV. The guide and tv itself just moved slow. I don't like that every door slams shut if you don't catch it. So, I heard the neighbor's door slam ever time they went in and out, which was very annoying. The room service menu is nice. My food was pretty good. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I would probably stay again one day.
The views are amazing whether from the atrium or the room. Big expansive windows with views to the horizon. Close to everything for walking. The hotel is very large and there is some walking to be done just to get around the hotel because it is also a convention center, but everything is magnificently done including the artwork and the architecture. Still doing room service during Covid. Felt very safe and comfortable - everyone wore a mask and social distanced.
We found hair on the ceiling of the bathroom and on the door. I don't know how that was missed but it was. Also other loose curly hair in the sink of the bathroom. It was a nice place to stay but need to be more careful about cleaning.
The best hotel that i stayed at during my visits to New Orleans. Unfortunately i couldn't experience their restaurants due to Covid. The view from the room is beautiful. Mattresses needs an UPGRADE, they can do better for a 4 star hotel, and no comments on who ever took the measurements between the faucet and the sink♂️.
