Stayed here many times since 1993. Wonderful staff, luxurious base station for exploring NOLA'S cool neighborhoods. Originally designed by Henri Gallier, some of the parts of the collection 9th buildings were owned by people of color in the 1880s.
I can tell you that anyone
who does not enjoy the
Quarter House is tired of life and with the type of stressful year 2020 was it is crucial for your health to relax and enjoy yourself and recharge. THIS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE WITH AMAZING PEOPLE WHO TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY.
This was my first time in new orleanz and I walked through the door with a dead phone and really was in desperate need of assistance getting back to my hotel.I asked Anna at the front for some type of assistance to contact my Uber driver and was not even attempted to be assisted with. Hospitality was horrible customer service from Anna was demeaning..
Unfortunately COVID-19 led us to take a mini staycation in town, BUT we are making the most of it in the French Quarter. The Quarter house is a great location with a wonderful management team. The General Manager personally talked to us to ensure measures in place for guest and staff safety were necessary. She invited us back especially when the city reopens fully. If you visit New Orleans stay here and support a great place!! This City is special because of the local people. Don’t miss meeting and enjoying them!
Great friendly staff! Pool was closed close to everything downtown and the 4points and Square. Two bars close Jimani. Brandon was great and the Cook Joe as well. Had a great 3day stay and will be back.
