Small rooms. Nice location. Staff wasn’t bad. Overall I didn’t like it. The room was super small. I felt kinda trap even though I booked the biggest room. My Ac dint work at first but staff quickly came to fix it. They put a hold on credit card, a week later it is still a hold. Been calling and calling n they are constantly busy. Not my best experience with this hotel. The location was good but I wont be coming back.

Downtown gem, value rooms decorated trendy and posh. Guest staff is amazing and should get paid more.
Room was cool and nice design. Front desk was rude and unaccommodating. Valet service took so long we missed an appointment that we couldn't reschedule. They did not even apologize. Would not park here again.
Very different. Kind of refreshing, because it's new. Its like they brought different eras into play, when they designed the rooms. We just couldn't find the switch to turn on the ceiling light however..LOL...
