Loved the location and our room! It’s got that old world charm with sufficient amenities! All of the front desk and attendants were super helpful and polite. When we come back we will definitely be booking again! Plus you can’t beat valet parking in a part of town where it’s impossible to park. Thanks again!!
This hotel was perfect, the location in the French Quarter could not be more perfect. The rooms are clean and well appointed, we had a total of three rooms and all were great. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The courtyard is so peaceful, our rooms all had courtyard access. I will most definitely stay again next time I am in New Orleans, I won't even look at a different property.
The location can not be beat. Perfect for seeing everything. Restaurants and entertainment within easy walking distance. Love Love live the location. The staff was wonderful and polite. Our room on the other hand was pretty rough. We stayed in room 212 upstairs. Peeling wallpaper, sheetrock mold, doors didn't open and shut right. Roof leak stains, hot water took almost 10 minutes to reach shower head. This is such a great place with great potential just needs to focus on the rooms and fixing them the right way. It is an easy 5 stars just waiting to be polished. Again loved everything about the place just needs some taking care of.
Very authentic and historic hotel. Easy valet service and in the heart of the French quarter but still fairly easy to drive to. We had a balcony room over St. Ann’s street and it was very cool (noisier, but to be expected in New Orleans). The rooms were authentic and not modern, but fun to stay somewhere historical!
Wonderful stay during my first visit to New Orleans. Rooms were clean and spacious when we arrived. No disturbances throughout our stay. Perfect location to explore all over the French Quarter. I highly recommend and will book them again for future visits!
