The staff is incredible!!! The characteristic of the hotel have a charm that is warming like a welcoming hug. I’ve lost my room card about seven times. They just smile. They greet me every morning and every evening. I feel like they are my friends. One of the front staff, special shout out “sweetie”. It’s a southern thing.
My wife and I stayed here for just one night while passing through New Orleans. The staff at the Q&C were super friendly and helpful, from the folks at the check-in counter to the bartender and cook at the restaurant. We had an issue with the shower in our room (inconsistent hot water), which really wasn't a big deal, but when we brought it to the attention of guest services, they immediately sent building engineer Bryan to our room to try to resolve the matter. When he realized it wasn't a quick fix, not only did they move us to a new room, which Bryan personally inspected beforehand to make sure it didn't have the same issue, but they also gave us complimemtary food and drink vouchers to make up for the (very slight) inconvenience. We've stayed at much more expensive hotels but nothing matches the level of personal care and attention to which we were treated at the Q&C. The folks who work there clearly take pride in the experience they provide for their guests. Consequently, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Crescent City!
Beautiful hotel, very unique and cozy! Vanessa checked us in and kickstarted our stay with her bright and friendly personality! So happy we chose to stay here.
